After just a 30-minute drive from Marrakech airport, you’ll be transported to a beautiful Moroccan Riad, where you will spend 4 days in the rural countryside overlooking amazing mountains. Make use of the beautiful facilities including a stunning swimming pool overlooking the entire Riad as well as the in-house sauna. If you’d like to up the ante on relaxation during your trip, you can purchase a range of spa treatments including massage. These will be available to book before the retreat so that you can have peace of mind knowing when your treatments are and have something else to look forward to.

Every beautiful bedroom features unique traditional décor and lovely natural light. Accommodation includes incredible queen-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. For ultimate luxury, early bookers will even enjoy a personal living room suite attached to their room! All rooms are perfect for solo travellers or great for two to share. 


My name is Sofia and I'll be your host and teacher for the retreat. To find out a bit about my story you can head to the about page but here's some things you might like to know too:


-I am deeply passionate about deconstructing toxic productivity mindset! (something I experienced A LOT). For me, my practice and my teaching this means exploring our need to always be doing something and, instead, redefining rest and self-care as normal (not indulgent) humans needs.

- I am a qualified Yoga Nidra and iRest teacher. Both of these practices help facilitate self-enquiry and deep nourishing rest (there'll be lots of this on my retreats this year- keep reading to find out more).

- I am a qualified body-oriented (also called somatic) coach. What is this I hear you ask! Our body can tell us so much about what we need, if we only feel it and listen!
I use body-oriented coaching tools to address and work through stuck patterns of behaviour and beliefs related to toxic productivity and rest. This also supports clients in regulating their nervous system to create healthy patterns and boundaries between work and rest.

This retreat has been created to include the perfect balance of yoga and relaxation. Take part in two classes everyday including an energising morning vinyasa flow to welcome the day. Enjoy the rest of your day (swimming, exploring...) and then join the group again before dinner to unwind with a slow flow and yoga nidra.


There will also be a 'Say yes! to guilt free rest!' workshop for you to join. During this workshop we'll be working to address any negative and unhelpful beliefs we have around toxic productivity and rest and relaxation. We'll be creating our own intentions and affirmations to work with during a nourishing and nurturing yoga nidra practice.


We'll also work with something I like to call bookending (rest rituals and boundaries) to help you separate your work time and rest time, leaving exhaustion behind and giving you the energy to do what you want in life, both on the retreat and back at home - Guilt Free!



We’ll be organising two brilliant excursions over the course of the retreat. Enjoy a trip to the Ourika waterfalls- one of Morocco's must see natural beauties, rising into the High Atlas Mountains and flowing down into the Ourika Valley.

 You’ll also be able to discover Anima Botanical Gardens, a stunning two-hectare paradise of art and nature.  


You’ll receive breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a range of drinks every day. All will be traditional, nutritious, plant-based meals prepared by an in-house chef. Think yummy Tagine's, delicious Moroccan breads and a variety of local fruits and veggies. 



Wake Up – Tea and coffee will be available 7.30am 

8am Morning Yoga – Enjoy a 75-minute energizing vinyasa flow to start your day 

9.30am Breakfast – Pick from a range of delicious breakfast dishes and drinks 

11am Workshop or Free Time – Partake in an optional workshop, or just unwind  



1pm Lunch – The in-house chef will prepare a lovely spread 

2pm Excursion or Free Time – Join us on one of our organised day trips, or take time to relax by the pool 



6.30pm Evening Flow – Head to the courtyard for a 60-minute slow flow and yoga nidra 

8pm Dinner – Take a seat for the last meal of the day, carefully prepared by professional chefs

First Early Bird:

£1050 per person or couples sharing £750 each (own room- king bed)  

£750 per person single bed shared room (2 in each room- only 4 spaces)

First early bird offer until 1st June 2022

Second Early Bird: 

£1150 per person or couples sharing £850 each (own room- king bed)  

£850 per person single bed shared room (2 in each room- only 4 spaces)

Second early bird offer until 1st July 2022

Price from 2nd July 2022:

£1250 per person or couple sharing £950 each.

We require a £500 deposit to secure your place.

The remainder will be due 60 days before the retreat.

Only when the deposit has been paid will your place be secured. 

Arrival- Arrival is on 22nd October. 

If you are making your own way to the venue please arrive from 4pm. 

Flights are not included, but please get in touch for great value flight recommendations.

All transfers to and from the airport are included.

Check out- Checkout is on 26th October.

Last transfers will be leaving the Riad at midday.


Cancellation – All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unvaccinated please take into account changing regulations on entry and quarantine before booking.

 Should the retreat be cancelled on my part due to covid related restrictions you will be offered an exchange for any of my retreats within the next 3 years. Should you be unable to attend because of covid, your deposit will not be refunded but the remainder can be transferred to a future retreat of your choosing within 3 years of the retreat you were unable to attend.

Travel – Transfers to and from the airport are included. 

Accommodation – All bedrooms feature double beds and en suite bathrooms. A limited number of rooms also include personal living rooms/suites, these rooms will be allocated on a first book basis.  

Food & Drink – We will be providing a plant-based menu, we are able to accommodate for any allergies but please let us know beforehand.  

Itinerary – The exact daily itinerary will be provided closer to the time of the retreat.
