Food and Drinks

You’ll receive breakfast and dinner every day, made with the finest local produce and ingredients. All will be traditional, nutritious, plant-based meals prepared by an in-house chef.

We are able to cater to dietary requirments. Please just let me know when you book.

8:00am Morning Yoga – Enjoy a 90-minute energizing vinyasa flow (with pranayama and meditation) to start your day

9.30am Breakfast – Pick from a range of delicious breakfast dishes and drinks

Workshop/ Free Time/ Excursion

EVENING

6.00pm Evening Flow – Head to the shala for a 60-minute slow flow and yoga nidra

7pm Dinner – Take a seat for the last meal of the day, carefully prepared by professional chefs

We require a £300 deposit to secure your place.

The remainder will be due 60 days before the retreat or if you choose to pay installments it is between £152.2* and £228.7 per month**

Only when the deposit has been paid will your place be secured.

*£152.2 per month based on monthly payments from October 2023 until May 2024 for returning guests in a private villa, shared pool, couple, with deposit paid in September.

**£228.7 per month based on monthly payments from November 2023 until May 2024 for guests in private villa, own pool with no early bird discount, with deposit paid in October.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation by you– All deposits are non-refundable. You (or any member of your party) may cancel your retreat at any time providing that the cancellation is communicated to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us.

When you cancel your retreat place, we will retain your £300 deposit in all circumstances and will apply cancellation charges up to the maximum shown below:

Days Before Departure Cancellation Charge

• 90 days or more: £300 deposit
• 30-90 days: 75% of your retreat cost
• Less than 30 days: 100% of retreat cost​

Cancellation by us– We reserve the right in any circumstance to postpone and reschedule your retreat at any time up to 10 weeks before the start date, in which case we will offer to transfer your deposit to the new dates or issue a voucher to be used on any other retreat. Any other retreat payments will be refunded.

We will not be responsible for any monies you have paid for travel, so please make sure you have booked flexible flights with an airline that will allow free date changes or that issues credit vouchers for future flights.

Insurance – Travel insurance is mandatory for all of our retreats and you will be asked to produce details 30 days before the retreat.  If you do not produce the necessary information your place may be cancelled and no refund given. You are responsible for arranging full travel insurance which should cover you for the activities you plan to undertake and have adequate cover for travel delay, cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and your personal belongings.  Your policy should include cover for any medical claim due to Coronavirus and cancellation due to you falling ill with Coronavirus or being unable to travel or being required to self-isolate.

Travel – Transfers to and from the airport are included.

Food & Drink – We will be providing a plant-based breakfast and dinner. We are able to accommodate for any allergies but please let us know 30 days before. Any additional drinks and food between meals are not included but can be purchase at the restaurant onsite.

Itinerary – The exact daily itinerary will be provided closer to the time of the retreat.

Important notes – Compensation will not be paid if we are forced to cancel or in any way change your retreat due to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, pandemic, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, or other circumstances which amount to force majeure.
